Our course about logistics. It describes the way that materials move into an organization from suppliers, through the operations within an organization, and then out to customers. As you can see, we take a broad view of logistics, looking at every kind of ‘organization’, moving every kind of ‘material’. We talk about manufacturers moving tangible goods – and service providers moving materials for their intangible services
