Data analysis in R

Data - is a set of values of qualitative or quantitative variables. Data is measured, collected and reported, and analyzed, whereupon it can be visuzlised using graphs, images and other analisys tools. Data is obtained as a result of measurements.

Data analysis - is a process of inspecting, cleansing, transforming, and modeling data with the goal of discovering useful information, suggesting conclusions, and supporting decision-making. Data analysis has multiple facets and approaches, encompassing diverse techniques under a variety of names, in different business, science, and social science domains.

Descriptive statistics (in the count noun sense) - is a summary statistic that quantitatively describes and summarizes features of a collection of information, while descriptive statistics are in the mass noun sense - is the process of using and analyzing those statistics.
